I want to integrate Sentry's Session Replay in my ES5 setup but I'm not sure how.

Unfortunately, as long as your are using ES5, you will not be able to use Session Replay. This is because rrweb (which we use under the hood to do the recording etc.) relies on ES6-only APIs.
