I don't have access to some performance issues

Issue

On the Sentry Web UI, when I choose one of the subcategories from the Performance tab, I see the message "You don't have access to this feature".

Applies To

  • All SaaS Sponsored Customers

Symptoms

  • The customer is on a sponsored plan

Resolution

It looks like your sponsored plan needs to be updated to our new sponsored plans that have our up-to-date features. Please contact support through here so they can make this change for you.
