I received an "Unable to update Group Push mapping target" error in Okta, what should I do?

Issue

I tried provisioning a Sentry user in OKTA and I see this error:

Resolution

This is usually an issue on Okta's side. We recommend taking a look here but also please try to contact Okta support regarding this issue.
