Internal Server Error during custom SAML setup

Issue

I'm trying to configure a custom SAML integration and getting 500 error from your end.

  • Business or Enterprise Customers

  • Auth / Login / SAML

Resolution

Please take a look at the XML response and ensure that the information included is what you expect. One thing to look out for especially is multiple "Role" entries like below:

Sentry unfortunately cannot accept this format, and you will have to set only one role for each user.
