I need help configuring Spotlight

Issue

I need help setting up or configuring Spotlight by Sentry for local debugging.

Resolution

Sentry support does not configure Spotlight. Use the Spotlight docs first, then contact the Spotlight maintainers through GitHub or Discord.

Start with the docs

  1. Follow the Spotlight getting started guide.

  2. Check your platform’s Spotlight integration docs on docs.sentry.io (search for Spotlight under your SDK).

  3. Confirm Spotlight is running locally (default UI: http://localhost:8969) and that your SDK enables Spotlight for development (for example spotlight: true or SENTRY_SPOTLIGHT=1, depending on the SDK).

If you still need help, feedback, or a bug report:

  1. Open an issue in the Spotlight GitHub repository.

  2. Join the Sentry community Discord and ask in the #spotlight channel: discord.gg/sentry.
