Navigating the New Issue Details

Notice - March 2nd 2026: After being released for over a year, the new issues UI has now replaced the legacy one for all Sentry SaaS users.

A new issue details experience is available to Early Adopter organizations. With these changes we’re aiming to better distinguish issue and event level data, surface critical information more visibly, and streamline your debugging workflow.

How can I access the new experience?

Available now to Early Adopters, the new issues experience can be toggled on from the upper right corner of the issue details page.

It's just as easy to switch back to the old experience.

Once you've given the new experience a try, we want to hear your feedback - the good and the bad. Customer feedback is crucial for us to make the experience better for everyone!

Where did [insert feature] go?

With the new UI, some parts of the page have a new coat of paint, while others have new homes. We’ve put together a list of everything that has relocated and where you can find them now.
