Custom breadcrumbs are not showing up in Session Replays, but they are showing up in Issues.

Custom breadcrumbs have been moved to the Console tab of a replay, so you should be able to find them there. This has been confirmed by one of our engineers <a href="https://github.com/getsentry/sentry-javascript/issues/12162#issuecomment-2127888638" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">here</a>.
