I want to know why Sentry shows unfamiliar releases named like com.quokka.jailedanalysis@….

Resolution
That release name comes from Quokka, a mobile security and privacy analysis tool. When Quokka runs or instruments your app, events can reach Sentry with a release like com.quokka.jailedanalysis@…. Sentry then creates that release automatically. It isn’t one of your normal app releases.
You can leave those releases alone, or stop analysis/test builds from using your production DSN. You can also drop matching events with a release inbound filter.
