Issue
A user is managed through SCIM, and while I can edit their information, I’m unable to remove them. Why is this? A tooltip appears stating, “This user is managed through your organization’s identity provider.”

Resolution
This is expected behaviour. Users provisioned through SCIM can only be managed through your organization’s Identity Provider (IdP). To remove a user from Sentry, remove them from the IdP group that is provisioned to Sentry.
