You can download spreadsheets with project breakdowns or summary reports by navigating to Organization Settings (left sidebar) → Usage & Billing: Subscription → View all Usage. From there, choose your desired billing period from the dropdown menu, then select Download Summary or Download Project Breakdown:

The Project breakdown spreadsheet shows usage by project per day. The Summary report spreadsheet shows usage for the whole organization per day.
