Are accounts automatically locked after a number of unsuccessful login attempts? If so, how many attempts?

Sentry doesn't provide an account lockout mechanism, but we rate limit authentication attempts to 10 login attempts per minute for API authentication, and 5 per minute when using the UI frontend.
