How can I change the data location of my organization?

Issue

I want to change the current data location of my organization.

  • All customers

Resolution

Currently, once an organization is created, it is locked to the initial data region. The only workaround is to create a new organization in the new data region and manually configure the organisation, this includes but not limited to: create projects, invite members, configure alerts and configure integrations.
