How Do I Handle End-User Data Deletion Requests for Personal Data Collected in Sentry?

Resolution
Please utilize the various functionalities Sentry makes available to customers to search and make changes to (including delete) the data you submit to Sentry.
You should take into account your specific configuration of Sentry, which gives you full control over what data, including any personal data, you submit to Sentry.
Other considerations:
We have various built-in functionalities, including data scrubbers to minimize the personal data you send to Sentry (you can read more about it in our GDPR guide), and
Your data retention period is between 30 and 90 days depending on your plan & the quota category.

Note: Once an event has been processed, it is not possible to scrub an individual field or modify the event’s values. Events can only be deleted using the deletion options available in the Sentry UI.
