Why doesn't the QST # (Quebec Sales Tax) show up on my invoice? We are located in Quebec.

Usually, both GST/HST and QST tax numbers should be shown on the invoice.

We determine whether or not your are subject to QST taxes based on the the information from your Billing Details page.

Note: this page is only available to Billing and Owner members.

It is important to fill out the postal code correctly as this is what ensures that QST (and other applicable taxes) are added to your invoice correctly.

Filling out the credit card postal code alone will not populate a QST #.

Please note we cannot edit/adjust invoices that have already been generated.
