Resolution
Sentry does not officially support submitting data from mainland China on SaaS, and Sentry has no plans to build compliance with China's data privacy regulations. For the regulatory detail, see How does Sentry comply with China's regulations about international data transfer?.
Sentry operates no servers in mainland China. As stated in the Sentry Trust Center, all Sentry data is stored in the US region (Iowa, USA) or the EU region (Frankfurt, Germany). For details, see the data storage location docs.
Sentry does not block traffic from apps deployed in China, so requests can still reach Sentry. However, no part of Sentry is built to serve mainland China, and network connectivity from China depends on factors outside Sentry's control, so it can be unreliable.
If you send data from China and hit connectivity issues, you can run Relay as a proxy between your application and Sentry to improve delivery. Relay does not change the unsupported status for mainland China and does not resolve data-transfer compliance requirements.
