I have an annual subscription and I would like to pay for my cron monitors upfront (along with the rest of my quota) so that I can reduce the number of invoices I handle.

Resolution
Additional cron monitors can only be purchased using pay-as-you-go budget. It is not possible to pre-purchase a volume of cron monitors in advance.
