I can't set a higher Recovery Tolerance value in Cron Monitor configuration

Sentry sets the maximum values for the following:

- Grace Period: 40320
- Max Runtime: 40320
- Failure Tolerance: 720
- Recovery Tolerance: 720

It is not possible to set values above these limits or to customise these limits.
