I am being alerted to new issues that contain messages like "detected an anomaly" or "Critical: Number of events in the last period below x" unexpectedly. I want to prevent them from triggering my issue alerts.

You can use the following filters to ensure that an alert is only triggered by issues of a specific type or category:
The issue's category is "equal to/not equal" to "x"
The issue's type is "equal to/not equal" to "y"
