Alerts are notifying me of crash free rate issues, but there are no related issues to act upon because I am out of reserved errors.

The crash free rate is determined by the status of sessions, even if no error is recorded.
This means that you can get data on your sessions even when your errors are dropped for any reason, and you can view this information in your Releases tab.
This session data can trigger your Monitors even if you are out of quota.
You can disable this behavior through the auto session tracking option in the SDK of your choice.
