Ensure tags are included in your events:
Before setting up Slack notifications, make sure that the events in Sentry include the tags you want to display.
Set up Sentry alert with an action towards Slack
Add tags to the Slack notification:
In the alert rule, under Then perform these actions, select Send a notification via Slack. In the show tags field, add the tags you want included in the Slack notification. For example:
