I use one of your integrations for issue creation/linking. I would like to be able to filter through my issues so that I know which ones have/don't have a linked integration issue.

You can go to the Issues tab and use the filter is:linked or is:unlinked. These will show you the issues which have or don't have linked integration issues. We do not have a filter to show issues linked to a specific integration.
