I have installed the JIRA integration in Sentry, and want to set up an alert rule that will create a JIRA ticket. When I click the reporter field, I see the message "No options. Type to search.".

This is normal, and all you need to do is start typing the name of the reporter you want to choose. The moment you start typing, you will see name recommendations that match your input.
