I want to see results across all projects, but I'm not sure how to select them, or I clicked Reset and it only showed the projects that belong to my teams.

Open the project selector at the top of the page and choose All Projects. This shows results across every project you have access to.

Reset does not select All Projects. It returns the selector to My Projects, which are the projects owned by the teams you belong to.
