No, you cannot upload a custom project logo.
Sentry shows a platform icon for each project based on the project’s selected platform (for example React, Python, or Android). There is no setting to replace that icon with a custom image.
What you can change
Open Settings → Projects → [project] → General.
Change Platform if the wrong technology is selected.
Save. The project icon updates to match the new platform.
That only switches to another platform icon. It does not let you upload a custom logo.
Organization avatars are separate. You can customize the organization avatar in organization settings. That does not change project icons.
