I want to know why my new Sentry organization already has a project I didn’t create.

If you created the org through Laravel Forge (or Vapor), that project is expected. The integration creates a new Sentry organization and adds Forge-created projects to it. You can’t connect an existing Sentry org to this integration.

When you enable Sentry on a Forge site (Site → Settings → Integrations), Forge creates the Sentry project for that site in the new org.
