You encounter the error "The Slack resource does not exist or has not been granted access in the Slack workspace" in the alert UI when trying to send a notification to a Slack channel

Resolution
This happens on private channels where you need to add Sentry to receive messages. Invite the Sentry bot to the Slack channel using @sentry. Verify the correct Slack workspace settings are selected.
