Issue
When I try to sign up for an organization in the EU region I see a warning message that says:
An account is already registered with that email address.

Resolution
Your email is already registered to a Sentry user. If you have access to that user and can login please create your new organization from this link instead: https://sentry.io/organizations/new/
If you are not logged in or need to recover your account try doing that here first: https://sentry.io/account/recover/
If you're unable to recover the email please open up a Support Request here: https://sentry.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
