Issue
I have an email address registered with Sentry, but I'm not a member of any organizations.
I want to use that email with a new organization but get the error, "An account is already registered with that email address".
Applies To
Sentry users who aren't a member of an existing org
Resolution
You will need to log in (https://sentry.io/auth/login/) instead of signing up with a new org. User accounts and org accounts are separate.
If you need to reset your password you can do so from here: https://sentry.io/account/recover/
Since there is a user profile already for that email, once you log in it will prompt you to create an org if there are none attached to the account.
