I want to know why the issue title does not match the exception on the event I am viewing.

This is expected. The issue title tracks the most recent event in the issue. The event on the page might be an older one, or the Recommended event on Issue Details, so its exception can look different from the title.

Grouping can also put events with different exception text into the same issue when they share a fingerprint. If those should be separate issues, adjust grouping. Please see Issue Grouping for additional details.
