Could you help us understand the pricing model for Logs?

All plans include 5GB of Logs volume.
In order to send more than 5GB you need to configure your pay-as-you-go budget (formerly "on-demand budget").
If you're on a legacy plan, to accept more than 5GB of Logs, you'll need to set a shared on-demand budget.
Any additional usage will cost $0.50/GB. You can check the pricing here for our most-updated plans & here for our legacy plans.
Certain plans do not allow you to configure a pay-as-you-go budget for example, our free Developer plan.
Some other plans that prevent you from configuring a pay-as-you-go (or on-demand) budget include:
Certain Sponsored plans
Certain legacy plans
Fly.io linked plans
Heroku partnered organizations
Organizations where the subscription is purchased from a 3rd party marketplace such as Google.
