Managing your subscription and billing in Sentry is straightforward. This guide provides an overview of how to access your subscription details, manage your Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) budget, and understand billing after subscription cancellation.
Accessing Subscription Details and Invoices
To review your subscription details, quota, and invoices:
Navigate to your account's Subscription Settings.
Here, you can view your current plan, quota, and reserved volume.
To access previous invoices, go to the Receipts & Notifications section and select "View all receipts."
Managing Your PAYG Budget
If you are on a Pay-As-You-Go plan, you can adjust your budget as follows:
Go to the Manage Plan section within your subscription settings.
Update your budget to align with your expected usage.
Billing After Subscription Cancellation
When you cancel your subscription:
You will not be billed for the subscription itself after the current billing period ends.
Any Pay-As-You-Go usage will still be billed at the end of the billing period based on your consumption from the previous billing cycle while you were still on a paid plan.
