Why can't I see my total usage of event on a trial?

Issue

I activated my product trial and can no longer see my total usage for any of my event types. Why?

Resolution

While you are on the Session Replay / Spans / Continuous Profiling / UI Profiling trial, the events that are accepted in your Sentry organization are not counted in your Subscription overview page.

You will need to check your Stats page and filter by the relevant data category to track your usage during these unlimited usage trials.

Note: If you are a on a free Business plan trial (and are not currently subscribed to the Team plan) the events you send during your trial period should be counted so long as your are not currently using a Session Replay / Spans / Continuous Profiling / UI Profiling trial.
