I exceeded my reserved Spans, will it affect my reserved Errors?

Issue

I am out of Spans for the current billing cycle, and want to know if I can still monitor errors.

  • All SaaS customers

Resolution

The quotas for each event type are separate from and independent of one another. For example, exceeding your errors quota in any given billing period will not impact your spans and attachment quotas.
