Users of Sentry SaaS are under our <a href="https://docs.sentry.io/security-legal-pii/security/terms/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">TOS</a> unless they have a signed enterprise agreement with us.<br>

Self-hosted Sentry users are under <a href="https://github.com/getsentry/sentry/blob/master/LICENSE.md" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">the Functional Source License</a> (for downloads after November 17, 2023) or Business Source License (for versions downloaded pre-Nov 17, 2023).<br>
