We’re currently using the self-hosted version of Sentry, and I can’t access the Legal & Compliance page. I need Sentry’s SOC 2 report as part of our assessment of the hosted version.

We are only able to release our SOC2 report to current organizations that have agreed to our Terms of Service (this is not something that happens when you self-host Sentry).

If you require our SOC2 report as part of assessing hosted Sentry, please create a Sentry organization here, which includes the acknowledgement of our Terms of Service.

Once you've created the organization, you'll find the report available in the Legal & Compliance section of the Settings.
We understand that your company may not be ready to accept our terms and conditions. It's perfectly fine to create a test organization to access the report if needed.

Alternatively, if you’d prefer not to use that path, you can request an org through the SafeBase portal here.
