Can't find Sentry Compliance form online, including the SOC 2 Type II report or ISO 27001 Certificate?

Anyone that requires a copy of our ISO 27001 Certificate or SOC 2 Type II report.
Non-members of a Sentry organization who need access to compliance documents.
Those without the required Owner/Billing role who need to access compliance documents via the external portal.
Solution
The latest copies of our SOC 2 Type II report and ISO 27001 Certificate can be found in your account by following these steps:
Log in to your Sentry account.
Navigate to Settings > Usage & Billing > Legal & Compliance.
Ensure you have the Owner or Billing role within the organization, as access is restricted to these roles.
Download the SOC 2 Type II report and ISO 27001 Certificate from the available options.
If you do not have access to an organization, you can create a new Sentry organization and follow the steps above to access the documents.
Please Note: You will need either the Owner or Billing membership role assigned to your account in order to view the Legal and Compliance section of your account.

These compliance documents are proprietary and confidential. They are provided under Sentry’s Terms of Service and should not be shared outside of authorized use cases.
Ensure you use your work email address when requesting access through the external portal.
Method 2: Accessing Documents via Sentry’s External Security Portal (For Non-Members or Those Without Required Roles)
If you are not a member of a Sentry organization or do not have the required role, you can access the compliance documents through Sentry’s external security portal:
Open Sentry’s security portal (Safebase).
Click on Get Access.
Enter your work email address.
Select "Sentry" from the dropdown menu.
Click Get Access to request the SOC 2 Type II report, ISO 27001 certificate, and other security documents. If you do not have the required role, you can access the documents through Sentry’s external security portal (see Method 2 below).
What is a ISO 27001 Certificate?
ISO 27001 Certificate is proof that a company meets the standards of ISO 27001 for establishing, implementing, and maintaining information security.
