What happens if I cancel my plan?

I'm in the middle of a billing period, what will happen if I cancel it?

  • Team and Business Plan

Resolution

Your plan will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

- For orgs on a monthly contract, this refers to the end of your monthly cycle.

- For orgs on an annual contract, this refers to the end of your annual cycle.

After this, you’ll revert to the base free Developer plan, which includes a limited number of events and 1 member.

Note: If you currently have an On-demand/Pay-as-you-go budget set - any events that are accrued to on-demand or PAYG during the remainder of your current monthly billing cycle will be billed at the start of your next monthly cycle.
