I don't require the additional features of the paid plans. Is it possible to add a pay-as-you-go (formerly 'on-demand budget') to the Developer plan?

Resolution
To increase your quota using the pay-as-you-go/on-demand budget, you'll need to subscribe to a paid plan. The Developer plan does not offer the option to set up a pay-as-you-go or on-demand budget to increase the quota.
