How do I enable Sentry’s generative AI features?

I want to know how to turn on Sentry’s generative AI features (including Seer) in my organization, and whether they work in every region.

Resolution

Yes. Generative AI features are available in both the US and EU regions, and they’re controlled at the organization level.

  1. Go to Settings → General under Organization Settings.

  2. Turn on Show Generative AI Features.

This toggle controls whether generative AI features are available across your organization. Seer is a separate subscription add-on. Once it’s included in your plan, connect your GitHub or GitLab account and configure Seer under Settings → Seer.

If you want to disable generative AI for the entire organization, just turn off the same Show Generative AI Features toggle.
