Not receiving issue alert notification correctly - based on per-project settings

Issue

The issue alert is configured correctly to notify me but there are no notifications sent.

Applies To

  • Users that have configured Alert Notification settings on a per-project basis

Symptoms

  • Alerts are not received via the desired delivery method.

Resolution

Per-project settings will have no effect if the delivery method is blank. A delivery method must be selected. You can find the settings on User Settings -> Notifications -> Issue Alerts.
