Issue
My bill is higher than the basic plan amount every month, I can see on-demand charges but I don't know how to turn on-demand off. How do I prevent additional charges?
Applies To
Customers on a paid plan that incur on-demand charges.
Symptoms
Receipts contain a line-item(s) that reference on-demand data category charges.
Receipts are more than the platform amounts (ex. $29, $89, or some other amount that includes pre-purchased quota)
Resolution
Navigate to your organization's Subscription Overview page.
Click the "Edit limit" button, set the budget to $0 and click "Save":

Warning: If you incurred any amount of on-demand charges during the current period you will not be able to reduce your on-demand budget to $0 using the "Edit" button. Please reduce the budget instead to the nearest dollar amount of what has already been used, rounding up - select "Manage Subscription" in the upper-right hand corner of the Subscription Overview page and schedule a downgrade using this flow instead.
