Why can't I disable/lower my on-demand or pay-as-you-go budget?

Issue

I want to disable or lower the current on-demand or pay-as-you-go(PAYG) budget.

Applies To

  • All paying customers

  • Quota Management

  • On-Demand

Resolution

If you already used some of your budget within the current billing cycle, you won't be able to disable it or set it to a lower amount than the value of the events you already used.

Once you enter a new billing cycle, you'll receive the charge for the on-demand events, and you'll have the opportunity to lower the amount or disable your budget.
