Issue

Why isn't my upgrade taking effect right away?

  • Organizations on any plan

Resolution

Plan upgrades take effect right away, and downgrades are processed at the end of the billing cycle. As long as you're only making upgrades during this change, they will be available right away.

Users will need to process the upgrade first and continue through the checkout flow and save these changes.

You can then process the downgrade in a separate transaction and then save. This change will be reflected on your next billing cycle.

  • Annual contracts: downgrades are processed at the end of your annual contract.

  • Monthly contracts: downgrades are processed at the end of your monthly billing period.
