How can I set my email address as primary after closing an account?

Issue

Unable to set an email address as the primary account because it is still associated with a previously closed Sentry account.

Resolution

  • Wait for account deletion:

    • Sentry accounts are deactivated after 24 hours and fully deleted after 30 days.

    • If the old account is still within this period, you will need to wait for the process to complete.

  • Reactivate the old account:
