Issue
A customer contacts us to retrieve a log for a specific auth token.
Resolution
If the requester is not an org Owner, ask them to CC the Owner
Ask them the time range and the token for which they'd like to retrieve a log
Post in #discuss-security with the last four characters of the token and the ticket link
Note: the access log only go back one year.
