Resolution
We make our Business Associate Amendment (BAA) available to all customers on a qualifying, non-trial plan (Business tier or higher).
If you’re eligible, you’ll find our BAA in the Legal & Compliance section under Organization Settings in Sentry. The BAA can be accessed and accepted by any user with the Owner or Billing role within your organization.
The Legal & Compliance section also contains other important documents, including the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Data Processing Addendum (DPA), and certifications such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001.
If you accept our BAA through the Sentry navigation menu, you can view who accepted it and when.
Changes to the BAA are available only to Enterprise customers.
