Can you provide me with a PDF copy of our Business Associate Agreement (BAA)?

Resolution
We do not provide the BAA as a PDF directly. Customers need to self-serve and download the latest copy directly through their Sentry organization.
If eligible, you’ll find our BAA in the Legal & Compliance section of your organization’s navigation menu in Sentry. It can be accessed and accepted by any Owner or Billing member within your org.
You can change a member's role at any time from the Members page. For details on what each role can do, see the membership and roles documentation.
If you have the Owner or Billing Contact role, click Review and Accept. Once the BAA is accepted, it will open for you to review, and from there, you can save the latest copy of the BAA.

To save a copy as a PDF:
Click Review and Accept in the Legal & Compliance section to open the BAA document.
Click Print using your computer’s print function.
Select Save as PDF.
