On October 30, 2026, Sentry was notified of a security incident impacting Northflank. We have found no evidence that customer data or customer-facing services were affected. Sentry's footprint on Northflank is small, contains no production infrastructure, and we run only internal and demo or experimental services there.
As a Northflank customer, Sentry received the notification of an ongoing security incident and immediately initiated an investigation. Out of an abundance of caution, we began rotating secrets and suspending active deployments prior to Northflank's own recommendation for customers to do so was published 13:40 UTC. We then reviewed our access logs for all services exposed and have identified no unusual or expected access.
We are continuing to monitor our environments. We will take additional remediation actions if required. Should your Sentry data be impacted, you will be contacted directly.
We handle all vulnerabilities in accordance with our Incident Management Policy. This policy is outlined in our SOC2 Report & ISO 27001 Certificate which can be accessed in product under Settings > Legal & Compliance: https://docs.sentry.io/security-legal-pii/security/soc2/.
