I'd like to change my subscription to a free plan. How do I do that?

Any Paying Sentry Customer
Any Customer that purchased their plan directly from Sentry
Resolution
Note: You will need Owner or Billing member permissions to cancel your plan.
To cancel your plan navigate to the Subscription Overview page by selecting Settings > Subscription from the left-hand nav menus.
By selecting "Manage Plan" in the upper righthand corner of this page - from the Manage Subscription page select "Cancel Subscription" below the summary. It looks like this:
You can also navigate to the cancellation page by going here: https://sentry.io/settings/billing/cancel/
Warning: This will lock everyone out of your account and only the Owner (you) will be able to access it as Free plans only have one seat.
