Why are users not receiving invite to join organization?

Issue

I have sent out invites for users to join my Organization, but they are not receiving them.

Applies To

  • All Plans

  • Organization Settings

  • Email/Notifications

Resolution

This could be a number of issues, for example:

By default any Sentry organization member can invite anyone to join, but if certain organization settings prevent this then only an organization Owner or Manager has permission to send out the invitation and all other invitations must be approved prior to being sent.

If the above does not apply but a user is still not receiving emails, feel free to contact support for further assistance as the email address may be on our "bounce list".
